Hand-made noodles which have more than 100 years of history which can be enjoyed with the mountains and lakes of Okutama every season.
Hand-made process continues until the point of cutting noddles.
The dough for the traditional nostalgic Chinese soba is stepped on foot to make noodles nice and chewy.
Of course Japanese soba, dumplings (Gyo-za) are all home-made.
We also sell water called “Tsuru-no-yu gensen”, the water comes from “a source of the crane”.
